We own the full EDA chain - schematic capture in KiCad/Altium, component selection, footprint verification, and Gerber output DFM-checked against your target CM's design rules.

Firmware Bring-Up

Bare-metal and RTOS firmware written and debugged in-house: HAL initialisation, peripheral drivers, bootloaders, and OTA update partitions - no firmware handoff delays.

Compliance-Ready Design

IPC-2221 Class 3 layout standards, IEC 60601 isolation for medical circuits, EMC pre-compliance scan, and full technical file assembly for CE/UKCA marking.

DFM & Production Support

BOM rationalised for dual-source availability, SMT assembly drawings, AOI/X-ray acceptance criteria, and ECO management through production ramp.
