Challenge

Designing a crypto wallet with an E-ink display that has a completely isolated air-gapped security domain and physical layout protection.

Solution

Implemented a dual-MCU architecture separating the user interface from the security core, using secure element and blind/buried PCB vias.

Outcome

Passed external penetration testing with zero vulnerabilities identified, resisting all physical side-channel attacks.
