Challenge
Designing a high-speed carrier board for Raspberry Pi CM5 supporting dual 4-lane MIPI CSI cameras and PCIe expansion.
Solution
Designed a 6-layer impedance-controlled board with matched-length differential pairs for CSI, DSI, PCIe, and USB 3.0 interfaces.
Outcome
Stable, high-bandwidth streaming of dual 4K camera inputs with zero frame loss or signal degradation.
