Challenge
Integrating high-efficiency IEEE 802.3bt Power over Ethernet delivery with a high-density IoT network coordinator on a compact board.
Solution
Designed an isolated flyback DC-DC converter stage with active clamp rectification, combined with EMI shielding for the RF module.
Outcome
Provided up to 60 W power delivery with 92% conversion efficiency, running cool inside a fanless enclosure.
