Challenge

Creating an ultra-thin, skin-conformable patch for continuous ECG monitoring that survives bending, stretching, and moisture exposure.

Solution

Utilized TPU/polyimide hybrid flex design, custom micro-molding encapsulation, and a low-profile Bluetooth SoC.

Outcome

Survives standard IP27 liquid immersion testing and delivers up to 7 days of continuous cardiac recording.
